Order and Shipping policy

Orders must be placed by 9AM EST Monday-Friday to start processing on the same day or otherwise it will be processed the next business day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days.* Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping distance.
All our orders are shipped via UPS. We also offer 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services with extra shipping cost.
Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to process your order.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed.* The e-mail will contain the shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Please give the tracking about 24 hours to become live.

Make sure to include your Order Number and your Name when reaching out to our Customer Service Representative to help expedite the process.
We currently offer free ground shipping for all orders over $50.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico), PO, APO, FPO, and DPO boxes.
Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.
All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Company Birthday (in April)
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veteran's Day
