Return Policy

Returns

We accept merchandise purchased from Fruits&Passion US online site only within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or less.

All returning items must be in the original condition, unopened and unused. We will not accept goods that have been used or opened.

If the merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund in the original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for the all return shipping costs. 

Return Process
  1. Contact us via email at ecomm.lgcare@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service representative will send you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) if the return conditions are accepted.
  3. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form with your RMA#.
  4. Put return item(s) in the original packaging (if possible), include the Return Merchandise Authorization Form, item(s) to be returned, and seal the package securely.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and any refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. The refund period may vary depending on your financial institution.


Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be refunded.
